Bro's, Went to Ortho today. Turns out my right pec is partially torn, not the muscle the tendon that attaches to the upper arm. Around the Bicep. I have an MRI on Monday and surgery on Tuesday. If any of you have had this surgery let me know what to expect and how long it took you to rehab. I appreciate the responses. Plus, I am very bummed right now. ------------------ | ||

That sucks bro!!!! weren't you in the middle of a cycle???? How are you gonna come off. If you remeber I was supposed to start a cycle a little while ago....anyway I "pulled" my bicep doing heavy lat pulldowns....maybe a partial tear at the tendon (gulp!)...so I'm holdin' off on my cycle...considering going to get a MRI. Good luck!!! You'll heal though and be back in the gym.. Keep us posted.... | ||

I tore the bicep tendon at the elbow. in flex brace for 6 weeks. when it was 6 more weeks getting it feel like an arm again. Was shitty no being able to curl 20#. They told me I might be back to old weights in 6-8 months. WTF!!! I took it calm and slow, but had 50# curls in about 5 months. Just take the road back slowly. The body is amaszing, but you wil be more careful the first few months back. Makes you really take strict form serious. best of luck.

Thanks Bro's, yes hooch. Now I am actually at the end of my Sus/dbol cycle. It was pretty light. 30mgsdbol firtst 4 wks and the last 8 at 500mgs sus. I am done. Put on 18 pounds, I would say about 8-10 are muscle the rest fat and water. My strength and endorance were amazing. I was pushing 405 for 6 and doing 315 on the bench until I got sick of doing it. My sqat was up to a 405 for a deep 3 sets of 8, don't want to fuck up the knees. . .I have surgery on tuesday, so I am going to just do legs for the next 3-5 weeks and come back slow. Take my clomid and wait until March to reup on a light building cycle. Set backs aren't the end, there just a fucking pain in the ass. Thanks for the support bro's. ------------------ |
