I just wanted to know who uses Milk as a staple in their diets. I personally drink between 2 and 2 1/2 liter a day. I drink Skim milk! Anybody else?

I am a milk feen! Drink close to 3 litres per day! And i am only around 165-70(on a good day) I switched to 1% don't even notice a taste difference now! Milk is the greatest! P.s. i'm sure some people will disagree with me on milk is the greatest but that's my own opinion, so there!!!!joke)

I drank a gallon a day on my last bulking cycle but I put on a bit of fat that I didn't like. I add a couple glasses on days I don't feel like eating much. Later, Green

250 ml / 1 cup of Milk if I can remember has roughly: Protein: 8-9 grams Carbs: 10-12 Fat: Depends on Skim, 1%, 2% (Skim being the lowest.. I think the range is like 1-4 grams but I can't remember) GC

I have used milk in the past on my diet. Especially to mix protein shakes since they taste better with milk. I noticed that I would get bloated. So I stopped and got used to protein shakes mixed with cold water. ------------------

They all have the same amount of carbs and protein. Fat and calorie contents are the differences. If you looking for low carb milk it's called cottage cheese. Milk is great as well a cottage cheese. Fine bulking staples.
