I want some feedback. I have too loose some fat, I don't know my % but let say I don't see my abs. Who could I compare myself too? Can't think of anyone but anyways I'm 6 feet tall and around 250 pounds, I've been working out for about 6 years but I had to stop because of accident and I only started training seriously a month ago. My muscle memory is great and I'm back where I left off. My diet consist of: 8:00am 10:00am 12:30pm 3:30pm 6:00pm 9:00pm 10:00pm I don't know if I should bulk the hell out and then diet hard and take a cutting cycle? Is there anybody that have any comments. This is what I "might" have now. 400 Naposim D-bol So make 2 cycles (one bulk and one cutting) or one big! If I should get more or anything else to add let me know (can get it easy), I want it to be perfect. So money is not a issue. Thanks | ||

From my personal experience...which ain't that much with juice, but more with just training... I would do as much as you can to cut up naturally (cardio, diet, eca, etc.), then if you stall, use some gear to get real lean, THEN "bulk to all hell." It's easier to bulk if you're not worrying about putting on too much fat! As far as making a cycle, I'll leave that up to the "gurus" as you said...my 2 cents! ------------------ | ||

My opinion is to: 1) i see in your diet you are loading carbs at night and not in the morning -BAD 2)When you have more muscle Mass you body with raise its BMR so you burn more calories. one more reason is that cutting drugs on average maintain gains better than do mass drugs, so you will get better overall results ------------------ | ||

Thanks man, See what I was planning on doing is keep dieting and take 2 cycles, normal cycles, so mix both androgenic and anabolic, so not one bulk and one cutting and just watch what is happening with my body. I know I will bloat up on both cycles since I'm not lean but at least I will gain the weight and then lean down when I need to? Well actually I eat carbs all day, There Carbs in Milk and I don't eat carbs after 9:00pm, I never go to bed before 12:00am so that 4 hours, plus I have a protein only meal after my last carbed meal! So I should juice and keep doing good cycles and I'll worry when cutting time comes around? What do you guys think? [This message has been edited by Haze (edited November 09, 2000).] | ||

I think you should just train for now, try to lean out some with cardio, and high reps, get the body fat down, then analyze what drugs you have and then decide, I dont think you should do a cutting cycle then try to bulk up, I think you should cut naturally then do a cycle of both cutters and mass builders, a propionate, and winstrol cycle would be good, then go all out with the test, primobolan, dbol, fina, and winstrol, hey just make sure you are doing what you want to do, if you feel like doing a cutting cycle then bulk do it, always go with your first mind. Yeah I hear you but I have exactly one year day to day to get ready for a contest, so that why I was thinking of juicy and follow the diet I posted and do cardio while juicing, I really don't know people?? I can't wait to lean out to juice, the stuff is begging to be taken. haa haa Help!!!! | ||

it really depends on how much fat youre carrying,it doesnt matter if you cant see abs.you can still be on the lean side without abs showing. since you just recently began working out again,you should use this break to your advantage and shock your body with a heavy growth cycle.you will probably gain much muscle if calories,training,juice is all well calibrated. if you can get some sus i suggest 500-750mg per week for 8wks.with an optional 25mg of dbol daily for 4wks,that cycle should give you 25lb minimum. anyways good luck bro..... s 0 u r j e r k | ||

Laen out as much as possible without the juice. Really overtrain, even to the point of losing a coulpe pound of muscle - then hit a bulk cycle. The rebound will slingshot you thru any plateaus into new ground. ------------------ The moral? Thanks, good idea, but man good Sus is hard to come by these days. But I have 10cc of 100mg test prop and 25cc of 100mg test phenyl-prop and 400 dbol, plus 30cc of 30mg of Trenbolone, so I could have a pretty good bulking cycle going! Thanks Anynone else. |
