I still walk or do stairmaster 3 time a week while bulking. Help keep my water and BP in check. And get my body used to carrying around the extra weight. High intensity for like 20 to 30 minutes keep the Ticker ticking proper.

Depends on your goals. For me, I do cardio 3x a week regardless. If you're bulking, most stay away from cardio until they reach their cutting phase. My goal is not to be the biggest mofo possible, but rather improve on a lean muscular body. (you get the picture) Again, depends on what you're trying to achieve. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

HAZE, I STARTED A CYCLE JUST LAST WEEK AND I WAS THINING... BIG BIG BIG... FUCK, I AM ALREADY REMEMBER THE FAT FEELING, SO I DECIDED I AM KICKING IN THE CARDIO... I agree fully on the 3* a week for 30min at a time for cardio regardless of on or off. I've heard guys say to cut back on ab work if your prone to a decended stomach while on a heavy bulking cycle.
