Question - Would Flax be an acceptable way to bump up the calories when bulking. I swear, I can't eat anymore food. I am very aware of its help during lo-carb diet. Any opinions on use during bulking? ------------------ The moral? It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

I know people who swear by it whilst bulking. A whicle back (1 or so yrs) there was an article that encouraged it on the mass quantities site whilst using nor andro products.

Flax/MCT mix would be a good way to increase calories without increasing the quantity of food. Flax is beneficial for health and has been shown to be somewhat of a repartitioning agent (studies show that more LBM is gained with omega-3's than other fat types), while MCT does not deposit as bodyfat to any degree. Be warned, MCT must be adjusted to diet slowly. The consequences are explosive.

my experience is no.. flax seed oil a great mct .. good stuff. but, if anything, I've burned fat rather than bulked using it. |
