Anyone know if there are carbs in the Extra Lean ground beef, or the lean ground beef, or is it just steak. I also need to know about corn does that have carbs as well?

Thanks

Pretty elementary stuff, but anyways...

Any carbs in Beef? NO.

Corn? Yes, but it is also high in fiber as are most veggies.

If you were wondering, both beef and corn are great for low carb diets.
