I was reading their tedious "terms of use", and the only thing I can see is the "Saturday's Girl" posting causing a problem -- violation of the pornographic materials clause. | ||

yep, that's what i'm thinking too. but i dont think it was saturday's girl. there was that pic of that chick's breast with the needles in it. i'm sure that violates the pornography clause in the terms of use. hope not all that data is lost! | ||

no, they immediately terminate. there was some other board where the exact same thing happened for someone posting a pic of a half naked chick. steroid info = cool WTF? owell. i dont even remember who posted that pic anymore. kinda unfair really, cause if i really hated a board i could just register real quick as someone else, post a pic, and get the board shut down. maybe therealj can talk to ezboard and get it back up. | ||

Therealj and I are good freinds and he's going out of his mind from the sounds of it trying to get the board back up. Like Juice said, if you know him you know that something will be up and running soon. This still sucks though because that was his baby. I hope to join all my favories soon on a new board. | ||

Jason....yup, we're all supporting you....and the former <and hopefully future> mods of his board will be more on the lookout for this type of material that is in violation of terms of service....i suggest that the old mods <including myself> go and read the terms of service as soon as the new board is up and running, so as to eliminate the chance of this happening again! Maybe it's possible to get a program to ez board where the moderators has to aproove a post before it being displayed.? Anyone know if this exists for ezboard. Yep boys Huck is correct..between re-modelling my kitchen.lol.and making a new board..I'm a busy man...But it is up and will be running within net few hours...it will be by approval only....all the good bros will be allowed in..so basically it will be 50-75 guys who everybody knows...the board is 100% private...and the discussion of Steroids does not violate any server codes of conduct...as always my good bro's at elite will be kept up to date  | ||
