First, let me say that this is the most informatable message board I have found. Thanks for all the info I have gathered so far just by reading everyone's past topics. I am going to begin juicing up ( I have already researched for well over a year). Preferable I would like to JUST use Nandrolone Decanoate by itself , because of it's safty record. Will this be acceptable or do I really need to stack it with something like Primo for any decent gains? thanks     | ||

you are gonna here a ton of conflicting opinions....i personally dont have anything against just deca or eq by itself....nice safe way to put on some lean mass...talk to decaman about a deca only cycle...2thick also has a good one...its a pyramid... | ||

Watch the deca dick for deca only cycle. good permenant gains though.. however, since its ur first one, add some test.. like the gurus say here, you only get one first cycle | ||

I agree with the others: Deca can make for an okay, if modest, first cycle. It would be helpful for you clearly and explicitly to determine your goals for this cycle, before you start. If you do wind up stacking it with something else, though, Primo would be a singularly bad choice. Much better would be Test, Winny or Dianabol. | ||

Deca dick doesn't happen to everyone. I think thats why you pyramid a deca only cycle to minimize the possibility of deca dick. BUT, you will definitely experience a lack of libido. I sure did.  | ||

There is no such thing as a Deca only cycle. You will need at least Clomid, Nolvadex or Arimidex (who wants gyno/Deca dick). Unless you will be doing 300 mgr/week. 400 mgr/week is not for everybody without the Clomid. Ho, and don't forget to take some Winny, just in case. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

Ok, this is my semi-deca only cycle. Your base will be deca, 3-400mg a week for 8 to 10 weeks. To combat deca dick add an amp of sus or oma every 2 weeks. This will keep libido up and give you a little kick in the gym. Add winny for the last 4 to 6 weeks for added hardness and to combat any prog gyno. Maybe 25mg ed by drinking. These extras wont give you any extra sides, but will help with all the sides you might get from a deca only cycle. One more thing add some milk thistle ed for you liver if you are worried about the winny effecting it. | ||

I am doing a Deca/Primo cylce now. I am in the 5th week. Deca/Primo 600/--- 600/--- 400/200 400/200 500/200 I upped my Deca this week. The only side I have seen is a slight case of Deca dick. I look bigger and feel stronger though. | ||

You will get good results with deca only. I've heard of some people gain up to 25 pounds on deca alone. | ||

hey freind futereflexer ,im a newbie myself and glad u did some home work as of now im at my 5week of deca cycle i started at 179 pounds now 192 and i lost lost of fat maybe from 17 to 15 as of now every one is diferent ,i started at a low dosage a few weeks and beging to feel stronger ,so i took advantage of it im keeping my cycle at 300 mg tru out maybe 400 last few weeks its a great drug i gain my 13 pounds the first 4 weeks u must eat alot and u will,everyone is differnt so be ur own experiment deca is best at 2 mg per pound so for me it was about 320 mg i did 250 and up to 300 now since im getting biger i will pro go to 400 if i make it to 200 pounds within the next 2 weeks,somepeople will grow at 200 mg u dint say how tall u are and ur weight but just use it at 2 mg for every poung u wight and get dont forget ur clomid,, deca its a slow but steady drug not like test wich will blow u up and u will lose most of it at least with deca u keep most of it with out to muck trouble be wise,, | ||

Nandrolone has very low conversion to estrogens, and it is believed to be non-enzymatic (takes out Arimidex). Nandrolone induced gyno is beleived to be progestagenic in origin, while the loss of libido is from it's conversion into a weak androgen, DHN. | ||

Cockdezl, all i wanted to say is that you cannot take Deca by itself. You will need something else to prevent or gyno or Deca-dick. I did Deca 400 a week and had to stop AFTER one week, because my nipples where getting sensitive. Gyno scares the hell out of me. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

IF YOU DECIDE TO TAKE DECA ONLY, I WOULD FIRST SAY THAT YOU WILL MAKE SLOW BUT SOLID GAINS SO DONT EXPECT ANY MAJOR GAINS VERY QUICK. SECOND, MAKE SURE YOU USE NOLVADEX TO BLOCK GYNO. I HAVE HEARD PLENTY OF STORIES WITH DECA ENDUCED GYNO....GOOD LUCK AND BE SMART...ZEUS13 | ||

The degree of individual variability is very high with respect to Deca-induced erectile problems and gyno. Some get these problems, even at low doses; others never have a problem, even at high doses. 1. For estrogen control, a little Nolva or Clomid can be useful, if the dose of Deca is high (e.g., above 500-600 mg per week.) 2. Combining Deca with Winstrol will keep libido nice and high, and also reduce the risk of gyno. I can personally attest to the fact that the Deca-Winny combo elevates libido greatly. | ||

nolvadex/clomid will do nothing for deca gyno since it is progesterone gyno , the only thing that will work is Winny which will help block this, where's DECAMAN to give you a more scientific explanation on why this is so, or do a search bro. | ||

Deca does convert to estrogen, somewhat. That is a fact. Clomid or Nolvadex can be useful in conjunction with higher dose Deca administration (Arimidex, no.) Another fact. If Decaman reads this, I am sure he will confirm. The issue of Winny and progestogenic gyno was adressed separately. | ||

YUP, windec it does, i believe as an example the rate of conversion is about 20% when compared to test. Now for Deca only cycle- first thing you will need to know on the subject of deca dick, it is very real, it sucks, and you may not get it with this deca only cycle, or the next, but down the road it can happen. After 10's of thousands of miiligrams of deca( heh heh) I finally got it. If you get it finish out the cycle, wait 10-14 days, start clomid as per e2 at 100mg for 2 weeks and 50 for 2. I have found viagra once a week to be of some use, as i feel it has an effect for more than just the day taken, and it's effect on your mental state is very positive as you can be sure junior will be working. My belief is deca dick is physical, however it then becomes part mental, and most of you know when that little bit of doubt creeps in, you are finished. Ok theres my take on deca dick. Now my first cycle i ever did was deca only, i gained 30 or 32 pounds i think- kept most of it. I ran it 12 weeks with very high doses for some of the weeks as i was uneducated. I feel 400mg for 9 of those weeks is the best route to take, and i feel a taper is very necessary. In additoin ALL deca only cycles should be longer in duration than most other cycles, you can make continuous progress with deca to 12 weeks trust me. Adding winny is good i like it, however remember it is not a cure for prog related gyno people, if you are prone to it, you very well may get it anyway, it will help though. And finally , i would add test, thinking back on alot of cycles i did, and recent reading and info i have gathered off many posts and comments, test should be included in all cycles , even if it is at a minimal dosage. If you wont be shooting the test every week be sure and use something a little longer acting. ------------------ | ||

Decaman, thanks for the confirmation, bro. Sorry to learn of your experience with the dreaded DD. You may want to give Winny a try in this regard. It should work at least as well as Viagra (and much better, I expect.) OT, can you comment on what is happening with the X-man board? Is it closed permanently? | ||

you should stack with test, and some other stuff, I know this might be your first cycle but listen, get some test to go with the deca take it in the middle, then end the run with primobolan, you will be much more pleased.......then on the next cycle just go all out, winstrol, test, dbol, primobolan, equipoise, and some orals like methyltest, and stenox........good luck. | ||

Windec- we are working on it, still up in the air. On the winny thing- for me it does nothing libido wise-now the viagra heh heh, that i like. I have done deca winny many times, this was the first instance of dd, however in the past there has also been a decrease in sex drive, however this time was particularly alarming, good thing i am bangin away again i was getting worried. ------------------ | ||
