aerobics 30 minutes after every workout with heart rate at 145 bpm.... eat less carbs... if that does not work, do 30 miinutes aerobics 5 mornings a week on an empty stomach. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Do 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week early in the morning before you eat that will help kick-in your matabolism to start using up food also stay away from late night carbs and dairy -Good luck bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
