Hey bro's....I'm new to this board and need some advice. Here's the deal:

I was 7&1/2 weeks into my 8 wk 500/wk sust cycle when slammo, I crashed my ZX7R and seriously bruised my upper left ribcage. I've already got 15lbs LBM from this cycle, but bro's all I can do right now is legs and arms. Anything that stretches the ribcage just kills like a mofo. Whatcha think I can do to try and keep some of this? I'm still eating like a horse but I'm afraid the upperbody muscles are gonna say "see ya" and go away. I've tried benching and light weight is somewhat ok but anything from 180lb an up on the bar just kills. Light weight and high reps? Or should I just sit in front of the mirror and watch myself turn into the invisible man??

Bro, you've got to play it safe---YOU'VE GOT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE TO GROW! I would just say do anything that doesn't cause pain, and I'd even check with a doctor to make sure that's OK to do...don't want to f*ck yourself up permanently...I've also heard of doing a light "safe" cycle like primo, etc., when you're hard up and can't train to help preserve mass...but let's see what others who have had similar problems have to say...best of luck!!
