I DO CARDIO AT 6:00AM IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND I GO TO THE GYM AT ABOUT 3;30PM FOR MY WORKOUT. THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE: MONDAY-CHEST AND ABS TUESDAY-SHOULDERS WEDNESDAY-BACK THURSDAY-ARMS FRIDAY-LEGS AND ABS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY-REST DAYS IT HAS WORKED GOOD SO FAR.
