ive just changed my diet because once again,im sure you all agree that trying to get 50grams of protein 5/6 times a day is a pain in the ass obviously a meal or two of that will be a shake ive been doing it like this for a very long time and it has worked great, but a recent change in my lifstyle has made this impossible so what im gonna do now is eat one real meal and 3-4 protein shakes a day tell me what effect you think this will have,the shakes r you know the expensive whey protein low carbs no sugar 200cal or less and about 40 50 grms protein a shake, my goal is to lower b/f if you guys know a better powder let me know
,critique the fuck out of this ,just dont tell me to do more cardio i run atleast 8miles a day 6 somtimes 7 times a week i dont know exactly what my b/f % is but its not as low as i would like it to be

I'm going to tell you quite the opposite. You are way over f**k'n doing the cardio chief. 8 miles a day 6-7 days a week is toooooooooooooooooooo f**k'n much cardio. You're going to have to cut back on the cardio or you will soon look like an Ethiopian marathon runner. You are most likely burning large quantities of muscel. Thus perhaps making you body fat go up.
