I just started my first cycle recently. I am 5 weeks into it already and I need some quick advice. Only thing I am doing is Deka durabolin (and ECA), but I am not sure if I should be using some type of anti-est or not. I have been using Norma Hellace brand from Greece, 200 mg per week. I have read different things from different webpages and heard conflicting suggestions from friends. Some say that I should take Chlomid, Nolvidex, or Proviron just to be safe and others say that there are no possible side effects from just a small amount of deka and the anti-ests would decrease my gains. Does anyone know for sure?     | ||

You do not need nolvadex or proviron on a deca only cycle. 200mg/wk is very mild so don't expect much. You can take clomid post cycle but don't think you'll need it at those doses. | ||

I don't think that anti estrogen would work since deca gyno is progesteron induced...but I could be wrong. |
