I've been mentally preparing myself for a cycle lately (as well as hooking up domestic scources) and my training has been good, but not fantastic. neither has my diet. The point being. PLATEAU'S HAPPEN, BUT THERE IS NO EXCUSE. (I have never hit a cycle yet) I am 5'7" 186lbs and there is no way in hell I am maxed out, NO WAY IN HELL.

my point being to state here and now for all of you. the only thing you can blame lack of progress on is yourself.

Just shovel those damn calories in and you'll get bigger. rest and train properly to assure that it is quality mass. supplements are not even neccesary for growth. SO NO MORE EXCUSES, lol

btw- I should prob post this on the other boards, you guys seem to have this shit down.

Its a good point, diet is so much more important than alot of the other things that get 10x's the amount of play here and other places.

Good point. You would think most people would understand, how important your diet and rest is. Most of my friends train all the time, dont' eat right, and dont' rest. And when they hit a plateau, they think they have to train more, or take more juice. Some people will never learn.

Amen! It's all about the DIET baby! This is what separates the men from the boys. I know too many people who know nothing about proper nutrition and wonder why they don't get big. You can't build a brick house without bricks. Food is the bricks that actually build your house, training is only the blue print. You can stimulate your body to grow(train) but if you don't supply it with the right materials and right amounts of them it will not respond. Well it will, it's called catabolism. That's why your not growing mother f**kers.
That was not directed at anyone in particular...just those who neglect proper diet.
