Tomo and others, the name is BIG ass dude, not BIG ass. I'm 5'9" @ 262lbs. Bodyfat is about 9%, but I'm not worried because I'm in my offseason. Last time I was on stage I was 231 lbs @ 4.5% bodyfat. LIFT BIG or GO HOME later | ||
