I was just thinking of the fact that a lot of us always gain a few lb of fat while gaining weight. When It comes to me, I really don't like this at all. I always gain fat around my belly and I think It's difficult to get "rid" of it.

Now I thought of doing a cycle where I wasn't eating as much as I do when bulking natural. A lot of U say that If you want to gain mass you can't avoid gaining some fat. For me It wouldn't matter that much if I put on some fat, lets say on my legs. Every pound in fat I gain always end up on my belly. There must be a way of not gaining not loosing any fat while on a cycle. Let's say my BF is 13% before my cycle. If I wouldn't gain any fat and not loose any fat, just stay as I was before, this would make my Bf drop. The BF in % must be able to drop without me loosing any fat. This because I gain muscle and my hole bodyWeight will then increase. If I wont gain or loose any fat in lb the amount of fat on my body will appear as the same in lb, but not in %. Lets say I gain 13lb of muscle. Not loosing or gaining any fat. This will increase my bodyweight with 13lb and my fatweight will stay as before(i haven't gained or lost any fat). The fact that my hole bodyweight has increased with 13lb in muscle, the fat in % will appear as has been dropping.

With this in mind I would like your advice on a cycle that would not effect my fat that much. I don't want to gain or loose any fat, I just want it to stay as it is. So I thought of doing Deca 400mg for 4 weeks and 200mg for 4 weeks( a 8 weeks cycle). Maybe some primobolan depot in the end. With deca I will be able to do some gains without eating as a maniac. If I eat a lot of protein 2g/lbBW, I will be able to gain without to much cals...OR??????

What Do U say????

Please Help.

I think u can gain much more muscle on a cycle if u eat more calories and gain fat and muscle. Just do an ECA stack at the end or some winstrol and get rid of the fat..

most of the fat yoy get while on AS is due to high levels of estrogen that derive from the conversion of the test,so to avoid it try to use some arimidex as anti-aromatizie which will decrise sharply the estrogen levels there for much less fat will accumalate.
