Would u think they are more interesting at finding our sources then trying to get the small people, us? Why would a fed want to bust me... I believe it would be just a waste of time, government money, and their energy. Maybe they are watching us to try and find our sources.......... The feds aren't stupid and they've been watching for years. Use your anonymous email and whatever you want, if they want to know who you are, they will. They probably have profiles on several of us. They are more interested in the big fish, and not the small fish. Yes time to time someone will get busted for 300 dbol, but it's mainly the suppliers. | ||

I see a lot of bro's giving advice on how to bring stuff over the border. And even more bro's telling people how to mail order gear. Both of which are illegal, conspiracy to commit a felony. But who really cares, the feds are not interested in something as lame as that. | ||

You would be surprised at what the feds are interested in. You see, they are interested in the end user. You pop an end user, he rolls on the dude farther up the chain, for leniancy, they nab that guy who then rolls and so forth and so on. Most of what we talk about here is illegal. Especially when giving dosage advice, that is practicing medicine without a license. As was pointed out in an earlier post, you should encrypt all email period if it will contain incriminating evidence. Don't ever be naive about anything the gov't may or may not do. | ||

It seems this topic comes up every couple weeks. I don't think the feds are going to start tracking IP addys or anything like that. They have their hands full with child porn and shit like that. With the money they would spend busting one person, it wouldn't be worth it. Just be careful and don't flaunt it, and you'll be fine. | ||

You are talking about the FBI. The DEA (don't expect anything) and Customs have moneys in their budgets for just such things. Considering too that an automated program can be written that scans all known boards for key words and phrases and then logs them for review later, it is highly likely that they do watch the boards. Especially when other boards have been busted in the past. Take it from me I know. | ||

Feds really do have better things to do in my opinion... We would know if they were watching us because this board has been around for a long time, and i haven't heard on anyone getting busted yet... They are dealing with child porn on the internet before they are dealing with our board... They aren't really out to get AS suppliers, they'd rather bust crack dealers. | ||

I guess the real question would be how many of us have ever been busted???? I know someone who has and got off with community service and a big fine. The closest I've come is the customs letter, not really all that close. | ||

Telling someone my advice on what dosage, how to take it is not against the law. That is my personal opinion. If a Dr. prescribes you test for a test deficiency which I am assuming all of you using the prescription AS (that you got from your family doctor:-) decides to listen to my dosage instead of your family Doc is a fuel...so no law is being broken at this board. It is called the 1st Amendment fellas...Get Real!!! That comes from a future Corporate Lawyer... ------------------ My battle cry will always be..."ONE MORE GODD*AM REP!!!!AAARRRGGGGHHH!!! | ||

If you don't think they are watching you, then i hope you wake up. Like Chesty said several other boards went down. Just remember that everything you post is being read by thounds of people(or however many click on EF every day). So, think before you post... P.S: its also its not wise to post a pic of your gear on the web. |
