I have used W.U. for various projects. They want: sender's name, address, state, zip, and phone number. I have always gone in person to a W.U. location and never had any problems. I guess the only problem would be I don't use correct information so if the money wasn't picked up at the other end, I could not pick it up either, as I would assume they would want some ID from the sender. bump for others experiences. It is not illegal to send money. You can put down your real name and addy and relax. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

True it's not illegal to send money to someone. I've used WU numerous times to send my within the US and outside the US. I've put down my real name before and a fake name along with address and telephone # with no problems. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
