Use a maintenence dose. Something like 200mgs of Deca/week & you should keep all your gains. If you are out of gear then creatine is your next best choice. Just a sidebar: I know alot of dudes who do maintenence dosing & thus have been "on" for several years without a break. They are in excellent health & havn't had any problems. I used some Deca at 200-300mg week and once some Primobolan Depot at 200mg weeks in the middle of cycles and felt better but it's all in your head. Try taking some Clomid, HCG even Creatine might help. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Well, let me tell you what I do. First I focus all my attention on school. Second I only will come off in the fall, this way I can cover up and wear a sweatshirt so its hard to tell if I have lost weight. Thrid I WON'T EVEN LOOK AT A SCALE, NONE THE LESS TO STEP ON IT. I hate loosing weight. Forth I try not to focus on strenght in the gym, instead I accept the lose in strenght and really try to squeeze the muscle a litte more than normal. FIFTH I eat allot more fast food to keep my weight up and eat as much read meat as possible. Sixth I will skip one day of normal trainning every two weeks to give my body some extra rest. Also I will do 2-3 set on each body part, because when your off the BEANS we all know that you cannot recover as quick as when your on BEANS. Seventh, I will try not to go out to much, I don't want to have people see me when I feel small. Even though I usally only loose about 10 the first 2-2 1/2 months and a total of 13 when off for 3 months or more, but still weighting over 270lbs is still big. Just dosn't feel the same when your off the BEANS. Eight, try to have as much sex as possible or jerkoff more, mainly because it give you a little of a pump and it also suppose to raise your test level a little. NINTH Use INSULINE, Believe me if I am off for 3 month I can assure I will go on slin at this point, plus it makes me kinda goofy, which I like. TENTH AND LAST OF ALL, I buy anything, MEANING when I am off, this is when I buy my BEANS. I figure if I cannot do BEANS might as well stock pile to be able to look at the BEANS, THIS ALWAYS MAKES ME HAPPPY. I just love picking up BEANS, IT REALLY IS THE ONLY THING THAT IS ALMOST AS GOOD AS BEING ON BEANS. The above is from my heart, and in no way is a fabrication off my mind or heart or soul in anyway. great fucking advice dont come off , thats smart ,,did u guys read that post on that guy that die do to liver canser ,im assuming it was becuz steroid use,, normal advice will be keep eating and training take ur clomid for a few weeks ur test will go right up if not take more clomid till u feel ur good again and keep training and sleeping,eating good and work out 3 days a week high intensity ,and forget about it ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

-First Clomid to help those nutz starting churning again. -Second an good Andro/Tribus product such as Andro-6 from EAS, or Proabolic from Prolabs to help those nutz get bigger again. -Third a cap of GHB before the gym to put u in a good mood but not enough to knock u out. -Fourth creatine to keep some kind of 'pump'. -Fifth stay on those MRP's. ..and I've even heard of people taking 5HTP/St. Johns Wort to mellow there mood out. ..oh and of course a good ephedra supplement before an hour before u go to the gym to keep those energy levels up. Hey brother Mike and others, relax. I think Veins is smart enough to recognize a flippant answer when he sees one, as he pointed out in his later post. BTW, there is no scientific evidence that long-term testosterone replacement causes cancer. You would be suprised, though, how many veteren brothers here are never entirely clean, including an esteemed mod or two. Of course, I would never advocate this to anyone, but you may, some day, come to the age and stage in your lifting career when you are no longer willing to ride the testosterone rollercoaster.
