hey guys i was wondering which products (gear) won't make my waist bigger... but will make me bigger..or does this not exist...aiight thanks

I heard that squatting and deadlifting can increase your waist size..something about working the obliques...there's this exercise called 'vacuums' that supposedly shrinks your waist..

as b fold the truth said your diet comes first,but as for the fat that accumulate
in the waist (men's genatic) yohambin is the most affective since it inhibit the alfha-2
anzaim which is"responsable" to fat accumalition in the waist section.
