I want to do a insulin/creatine/glutimine bridge. I cant take it after my workout because I workout late. I dont have the time needed to watch for hyp shock. What time would be best?? When I wake, mid day, what??

If anyone has done this or has educated advise and had the same problem, please help.

do it first thing in the morning then make sure you get all your carbs in. then on hour later eat your protien filled breakfast. as far as gains you shouldn't be to drastic compared to doing after workout. MM

basically in your situation, morning upon waking would be the best. After workout would be ideal however.

Dudue, I can relate. I train at night too. I doesn't see to matter when I take the insulin. I do try to after breakfast though. It still seems to do the job. I like the idea of the bridge, keep us posted.

So you seemed to get the same results when you took it after breakfast? This is how I'll do it then: After brfst I'll take 2ius up to 10ius with 10grams of creatine and 15gr of glutimine mixed with 20 to 50grams of carbs. 1 hr later isopure mr w/ 25 more grams of whey protien isolate(75 grams pr). 1hr later another 50g wpi. I dont want any fat while insulin is active. By the time that cycle is done and digested 4 hrs will have gone by and slin goes inactive( huulinR)

How does that sound?????

for your meal one hour after inj try getting in some real food try eggs/oatmeal and shake. but i would reccomend real food for first meal. MM

Since the slin shuttles so well, I dont want any fat. I might try egg beaters or something
like that, but fat will be non-exsisent

Morning works fine, although I get better results after the workout. Humulin-r can be active up to 12 hours in some people, with 4 hours as the norm. Real food without fat at 4 hours is the perfect time. I imagine mm, above, mean't egg whites. A dozen with some white rice and seasoning isn't too bad. Stress, exertion, or improper diet can cause the hyperglycemic reaction during the work day in people who are sensitive to insulin, just carry a glucose tube with you.

It works best after a workout for obvious reasons. The second best time would be first thing in the morning.

Your glycogen levels are low since you have been fasting for 8+ hours.

Take your insulin 15-20min before your first meal. Start at 5iu and increase by 1iu every day.

I went up to 13iu at 200lbs.

Remember 10g carbs per iu of 'slin.

Humalog should be out of your system in 2 hours, you can't tell me that you will be asleep by then already.
So take it post workout and use humalog, worked for me and I workout at 6pm, finish at 7:30pm and go to bed at 10:00pm.

I want to get humulog, but its harder to get than humulin R. If I can get humulog than I can take it after my workout.

I am taking insulin right now. Humulin R after my workouts. I too workout very late in the evening, but have had to move them to earlier after I get off work.

Think long and hard about something. Insulin is like no other drug. It does not just cause high blood pressure, kidney problems, liver problems. AAS may cause these things, but is very very rare. Insulin can KILL you. If you do not use this with the utmost of responsibility, then you could end up in a coma or death.

If you can not use it perfectly...then it is my suggestion to try something else.

I've read all that and then some on inslin. I will be taking it in the morning unless I can get humulog. Yes I know the dangers, but it seems to be remarkable with the proper intake and responsibilty. I think I will do fine. I'll keep everybody posted.

Suggestion. Start low dose for the first few days and increase your doses over a week or two. Get to know what the "spike" feels like before you go hard on it.
