Hey bro,
I had gyno removed on one side last year. It wasn't bad but I was real self conscious about it and my insurance approved the surgery to get my body symetrical and to stop "the pain" it was causing when I slept on my stomach. Anyway........ They knocked me out for the surgery. The surgery took about 1 1/2 hours. When I woke up the pain was there but not that bad. I didnt have to wear one of those vests or anything. One thing though..... The next day when I was changing the bandage as directed, I totally freaked out as to how my nipple looked. I was like all deformed and "tucked in". It looked wierd as hell. I called the doc and he told me to relax and it would pop back out to normal in a few days, which it did. Now you can only see the scar around my nipple if you are looking for it. I didnt do ANY upperbody workouts for about two months and then started out light and worked my way back up...... If you have any more questions feel free to drop an email. Good Luck..... "B"
