im not sure if this should be here or on chat, but here goes. i have a close friend who became a BIGTIME clubhead over the summer. he began a thin guy but then dropped TONS of weight while partying. now hes absolutly through with the lifestyle. he is eating MUCH better and lots of food(like he use to anyway), but he is still unable to get back to his old weight. he says hes going to start lifting but who knows. think in a case like this a weight gainer would be good. he is not interested in roids. im just lookin for opinions that would help a close friend out thx all K. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Your friend could perhaps take creatine and a whey protein or weight gainer together if he starts lifting again...if he eats 6 meals a day he should put decent weight on. talk to your local dealer at GNC. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I agree with juice...Creatine, Protein Complex, Weight Gainer w/a multivitamin and six meals a day with correct caloric intake should do it. ------------------ My battle cry will always be..."ONE MORE GODD*AM REP!!!!AAARRRGGGGHHH!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
