Yes its good for you. Its a great form of stress release, you burn some Kcal, and depending on how crazy you get, you can get a great workout in. Aslo this belongs on the Chat board, just like a few other post... | ||

Sex is good. Hope that clears up your question. For most of us its been good since about the 8th or 9th grade when we used to have it by ourselves. By 10th grade is became great because we'd have it with lots of 16 year old girls, by 30 it was still great because we still have it with at least one girl and when she's not around by ourselves. . . ------------------ | ||
