I can see it in there. I don't think it will fit through a 23g pin, but I'm not sure. What should I do?     | ||

If its the stopper from the top of the vial, did you wipe it with a swab before you put the pin in? If you know it's clean take the pin off, get another barrel with a fine pin on, say 23-25g and carefully draw the oil from the top of the origional barrel a little at a time as you push in its plunger. Be careful not to suck it up again. If you aren't sure about its sterility, sorry bro but I'd throw it. Not worth an abcess. | ||

Yes I wiped it with an alcohol swab good. | ||

Thanks guys. So I should just put the tip of the new syringe in the top of the old, draw a little, push up the plunger on the old, draw a little more...etc. | ||

Yep. I used the same technique when splitting up hcg shots into insulin pins for small subcutaneous use every hour. The insulin pins were too small to draw out of the amp in my case so I had to draw and mix with a 2ml case first. | ||
