what do you guys think about his theories on size and strenght development? has anyone used them? i tried his arm workouts, gained a lot of strenght but no size.

I just read his calf routine and tried it. I have to say it is really going well and feels like it is working...just my experience. As far as Polinquin i think he is a person you should listen to because of the people he has trained. He has trained a lot of medal winning atheltes plus my man Michael Jordan. The article says he is one of the best trainers in the world.

The dude rocks! His 1-6 program and maximal weight program are the best ones I've used. His stuff really works for athletes. Ian King is nothing compared to CP.

He brought Gary Roberts the hockey player, back from neck surgery to play competitively at the NHL level. He's GOLDEN in my books.

Plus he's CANADIAN!!!

I believe CP is most interested in strength coaching, not size. Hence his techniques. However, I believe you can't have one without the other...to some degree.

Yes, he is a strength coach, not a bodybuilder. Very smart, gives a great seminar, however, most of his routines look to me like overtraining waiting to happen unless you use a bunch of gear - which he tends to avoid discussing. His leg workouts about cripple you, but really put on size and strength if proper supplementation is employed.
