just wanted to do the winny a little longer than the sust because i think it will help me keep more of the test gains and help me lose water weight. am i right in saying this? i appreciate any suggestions. thanks. BTW, i am 6'0" 195 lbs, 12% bf and this is my second cycle.

where did he say anything about powdered sust? 4 X 250mg + 1 gram. i

if you want to have the winny after the sust to keep some of the gains , you will need to keep the winny on untill at least 4 weeks after the last shot of sust. i would take 50mg ed instead of 100 eod.
