I have been working out for about three years and have gained next to nothing. I am 21, 5'10, 170. I have got my hands on primos and EQ, I work out with a frind that has junked before and he recomended it. Just wondering if this is a good starting cycle, or if you could let me know of proper amounts to use.....

I wouldn't mind putting on like 20 pounds...

any help would be sweet.....

eq at 300-400mg a week for 8 weeks...primo at 300mg a week for 8 weeks....you should get some quality lean muscle, but you probably wont gain 20 pounds off that cycle....those drugs are generally cutting, but the will build you up a bit.

I have 2 50 ml bottles and lots of primos, i have been collecting all summer....

Don't you think the EQ, for the frist time will bulk me up a lot?

And do i use them together the whole time or start with primos, then intro the EQ, then finish off with the primos....

those r very good drugs to help on good muscle ,but iff u want the gurus to give u good advice u gotta be more expecific on ur body fat % r u cut up already if u are u wont be that happy on those two on the oder hand if ur at 20 % body fat u will get great results i run eq at 300mg per week and primo at 200mg since is ur first cycle remember ur taking drugs that arent great on the hair line there so have ur eye open, good luck and if ur lean already get ur hands on some deca im on my 4 week and gain 13 pounds of muscle, see ya

perfect....Alls i need is to be bald... no, but I do have deca, about 600 mg, and for the gurus, i have a bout 1o% or lower body fat. So should i stack the deca , and if i do is 600 mg enough.....

Is it good with primos, or on its own...

Your problem is not drug useage it's many other things, how can you possibly train for three years and get next to nothing???? Makes no sense at all, drugs are not going to make up for your shortcomings in other areas. It's time to look at and reevaluate, your training, your eating , you sleeping, your methodology BEFORE you start using any drugs.

You DEFINATELY SHOULD NOT USE STEROIDS!!!!

Thanks for the advise, I am unfortunitly gopnna do em anyway, I have not gained next to nothing, I feel a lot stonger, and have made considerable gains, but you know I will never be happy... just like yourelf I'm sure..

I feel that this will give me the boost i need to break through, ... is this wrong..

I train with more intensity that a lot of people, I am stronger than ppl twice my size, and have more energy that most. I guess you could say I am very hyperactive, I have a supper high metabolism, eat like a pig (healty and not) and just don't know what to do...

Please give me more options.. you know what i want to hear,....

I have been changing it every three months for the past year... I am on a plan of

1. Tris & Bis
2. Chest & Back
3. Shoulders
4. legs

Depending on how i feel I try to do abs every other day, and calves a lot too.

I was told to keep the blood central to the area, like keep it in the same area, no good working chest then bi's Why lose the punp..

What do you think?

Since you are past the beginner's stage of weight training, you should move your training into one body part per day. It will make a big difference.

As for gear, you will not make any gains worth mentioning unless you get about 4000 calories per day, 2 grams of protein per pound and have very intensive workouts (along with plenty of rest).

If any of the above are missing you will have succeeded in wasting your money.

Go with the EQ by itself at 300 per week for 8 weeks and see if you have the determination to reach the next level.

The great thing about weight training is that you have no one else but yourself to blame if you do not reach your goals.

EQ alone is not that bad for a first timer. I did it for my first cycle at 300mg a week and gained 15lb.

great advice form e2 and i like that split 2 thick, and i will keep that primo for ur next cycle dince u got plenty do eq eat and sleep u will gain some muscle there,as far as hair line deca is problably the only drug that will let u keep ur hair,but that depends if u got like a gramfather that is bald u do have a good chance basically if u gona be bald ur fucked anyway drugs will just speed it up ,i say the same as its speed up ur mucle size ,but iff ur not goin thin dont worry about it too much one cycle aint gona do it all,,good luck,

I usually do shoulders on leg days.

I would recommend shoulders on back day for the split I posted.

2Thick, thanks for the help... I have to change my program anyways, so i will try this out... As for shoulders, I love giving them their own day, It is good to have nice big shoulders...

I will start my cycle in a week or so...I am pretty sure I am not gonna put up pics cause I am a big pussy, but if all goes as planned I will put before after pics, After i am satisfied with myself that is...

One other question....What do you feel is the best way to increase size of the calf muscles... these f*n things WON'T GROW....I play soccer, I need big legs, but they just won't grow...

Any suggestions....

devil, haven't tried it before but I've read several times on this board that winstrol will help blow up your calves like it has done for others on this board. winstrol is popular for sprinters because it helps develop the fast twitch muscle fibres (like the ones in your calves). only problem is that I don't think it's too forgiving on the hair.

I usually like to work out for 1 hour.

I split them like this:

Chest: Incline dumbell, Flat dumbell, Flat cable Cross-overs.

Back: Weighted pull-ups, Seated Rows, Bent-over rows.

Legs: Squats, Deads, Donkey calf raises, Seated calf raises.

Shoulders: Military press (behind the neck), Lateral raises.

Arms: Bi's=Standing curls, Seated preacher curls, Hammer curls.
Tri's=Weighted dips, cable pressdown (with both grip styles), Two hand behind the neck raises.

Mostly 3-4 sets of 6-9 reps.

If you calves are not growing, try pgf2 and they will grow. It will be painful though.

One thing no one's asked. What type of weight are you lifting? If you're doing high intensity training you need to go at least 85% of your max. I've seen way too many little guys getting geared up and not pushing enough weight. "Why won't I grow, I train for 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week? I eat 200 grams of protein every day!" Then I see them get on the bench and they don't even go past 235lbs. Back to basics, for mass think HEAVY WEIGHT, LESS REPS. If you weigh 170 and you're juicing you better at least attempt over 300lbs on the bench.

My legs and shoulders are my strong points so I do not need to train them aggressively. They overshadow the other parts and that is why I take it easy on them.

If you want to make your shoulders bigger then use one of the off-days as shoulder day.

My example is merely something you can mix and match to your personal needs and preferences.

When I did my first cycle...Sus and decca..(8wks)My bench went through the roof. I went from doing 250 for 4-6 to doing 315 for 4-6. I started at 173 and ended at about 190. After the cycle I stayed at about 285 for 4-6 and my weight dropped to 185. I did another small cycle after 10wks off of T-200 and decca (8wks( t-200 sucks ass BTW...tons of zits after 2wks off it)and it brought my bench up again over 325 for 4-6.My weight went up to 197 and now hangs in at bout 193. Been out of that cycle for 5 wks and am pushing 315 for 4-6.....So yes geer should make your bench go up quite a bit.( at least in my experience it has..I have never used EQ and primo though) and over 300 at 170 is not unrealistic at all...My chest and leags seamed to go up thr most in weights.....Damn can't wait to start again.......
