I was wondering if it was actually beneficial considering that pretty much waht creatine does the juice does 10 times that. Usually I just load up on Protein, Amino acids, multivitamin, and a mass gainer. Also I heard alot of good things about Celltech..What do you guys think?

Save creatine for when you are comming off, maybe to help you keep some gains.

Read huck's thread on test and creatine synergy. Since it is so cheap, I would say add it.

Bro, cell tech did absolutely nothing for me, and that shit is expensive as hell.

That is what I was thinking...that Creatine would actually help me retain more of my gains and also help me keep that intensity and muscle recovery. I just wanted to make sure that I wasn't the only one with that view.

At the end of my cycle, im going to load on creatine (20-30g's)/day. Figure this will help keep my strength up by adding a little water weight.
