injected 1cc of test in my right quad wedneday night, 1 cc friday in my left quad.. right quad is still sore and my leg will only bend so far...left leg is sore as hell too.... do they always stay sore and stiff this long?      | ||

try to warm up the place with hot water massage the place for a few min' every hour, do some running. GET BIG. |
