My BP is anywhere from 139-155/85-90. I'd really like to get it down. I have some Prinivil 10mg and I'm hoping someone can give me some suggestions on how to take this. I'm 2 weeks into a sust(500)/deca(400)/dbol(6) cycle (my first one) and I'm hoping that once I stop the dbol my BP will lower and I won't need the Prinivil anymore.     | ||

Just take it . Start with one a day . At about 1200 noon. Your pressure is not to bad so one should do fine. That is all you need. When you are done with the cycle hopefully your bp will return to normal. If not the prinivil is okay to take for a while. If the 10mg does nothing then you should see a doctor - most likely you may have been prone to get htn down the road. The doctor will give you a stronger dosage or something different. | ||

If your high BP is gear related, it is probably due to retention of water and electrolytes. A diuretic not only is going to have less side effects,but is a more appropriate choice- ie if you go to a doc it will probably be his first choice for treatment.Manana.... | ||

I tried to scan it off but even broken down into little sections it was too big to mail. Basicly it says to take 10mg a day and move up until your bp is back to normal but don't go over 80mg a day. It is also to be taken all at once as opposed to throughout the day. | ||
