i need some help.. i understand the basics the ratio's of lower carbs and fats. Blah blah blah...but i really cant get it right. i am confussed about things like sugar, fruits and so on. i know these things are no no's..but what is right?when i comes to gaining weight for muscle i can pack on weight but to get ripped i cant....can someone give me a plan of what you would do precontest to get ripped....foods, training, diet etc. stats 5'8" 190lbs 12% BF i want 6-8%..... help a brother out i am frustrated as hell. | ||

Eat tons more protein, and small amounts of carbs, avoid simple sugars. If you use roids use a eq and winny stack for 10 weeks like this: EQ(weeks 1-10)-500,500,500,500,500,500,500,400,300,200 Winny(week 5-10)-50-100 eod This is my favorite cutting stack makes you hard and vascular and really cuts the bodyfat for me. May not work for you, but works for me. | ||

I just started a killer diet....very plain and boring but it is working. I'm droping fat fast. Also on winny/sus/clen. The main thing that is working for me is that I stop eating carbs after lunch and stick to the protien and plenty of it. You crave carbs at night when your falling asleep but you wake up a little lighter in the morning and then you can carb up again. This is working for me......Shoot me an email if you want more info.
