Well, first of all i've been off line for 8 days because of the telephone company in germany(DAMN YOU!) But, now I'm back in DK, and here's a short version of my dnp experince. When I started out I was aprox. 210 pounds. waist meassured aprox. 94cm.(don't remember the diff. between inches and cm.) I ate 2000-2500 calories from protein and carbs. (I never count my fat calories, I eat non/low fat allways). day 1-2: I took 200 mg. pr day in the mornings. Did cardio on empty stommach, normal weight workout. *I didn't notice anything at all. day 3: I took 400 mg. (200 morning/200 before bedtime) Cardio in the morning, normal weight workout. *Fellt slightly hotter. day 4-8: I took 600 mg. pr day(200 mg. morning/noon/night). NO CARDIO, Weight workout ONLY on day 4. *GOD JESUS!! Damned, I was hot all the time..it was aprox. 12-15 degrees celsius outside, when traveling with the U bahn(subway) I was looking ill, and very misplaced. Everyone was wearing jackets and I was only in t-shirt. I fellt hottest in the evenings and nights(prob. because the bodys normal temp. is higher at this time.) Got very little sleep, had to discontinue use on day 8 because i got sick.(flu like symptoms) I got sick because nights 6 & 7 I stupidely sleept butt naked with the window open. BTW: the reason I couldn't workout wasn't because of lack of physical energy, but lack of mental energy-much too little sleep. In the nights I drank about 2 litres of water. I supplemented with vit c(3-4000 mg. pr day) vit e(1200i.u. pr day) vit a(20000i.u. pr day) and multivitamin x 2. RESULTS: Well, on day 10 all my 'flu' symptoms was gone and I fellt great. Weight on day 12 aprox. 201 pounds. Waist meassured aprox. 89,5 cm. Conclussions: I didn't experience the extreme carb cravings that i've heard of, but I didn't eat low carb anyway. Pre- and post workout meals consisted of 75 % simple carbs and 25 & protein. All other meals was 60/40 only complex carbs. I ate 5-6 meals per day. I did this at a time where I was on a one month vaccation, thank god I didn't have to work. I like the stuff, never, ever have I seen such dramatic results! BUT, BE CAREFULL!! I searched the net for hours and hours...and then some more hours. I spoke and emailed with people who used and uses dnp(thnx bros.), etc.etc.etc. If anyone have questions on anything related to doing dnp(my diet, workout routine..whatever., i'll be glad to help. BTW. I know this is proberably the most messy post in a long time, but I was on the train all night for 14 hours, and couldn't sleep, aaaaand English isn't my preffered language. congrats bro, I'm looking forward to my second cycle to see what it is really about. 1st cycle was only 200mg/day to assess my tolerance and had no problems.
