ok , after talking for some people about what they think of me doing this, they all said as long as i know what im doing i should lose a ton of weight. so i have a few questions, so plase feel free to answer any advice you would like. #1 most of the people i talked to, told me to cut out the synthroid and just do t3 and clen,then after you drop the t3 go back to sythroid.is that correct? #2 they also said to eat alot of protien and to get alot of glutamine and BCAA's. if i got a whey protein would i have to by the other stuff? #3 im at 2500 cal. sence/if i would have to increase protien my calories would increase, so would 3000 cal. but the 500 cal. is protein.would that be ok? #4 im getting the t3 from my aunt, she has here own connection but now she wants to do t3 also cause she also takes synthroid cause she has hypothyroidism also. would the dosage be diff. for her? ok i was going to take the t3 for 6 weeks like this
day 1-7 increase by 1 tab till i hit 5 tabs is thsi all ok? please any with advice please respond. ohh, also would i gain any weight back? granted that i say on a stict day. and go back to 2500 cal. thanks again, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Calvin, if you go to the women's board (no joke) and look for Warlobo's post on t3 almost all of your questions will be answered. I will tell you one thing that many have told me..You MUST stack t3 with steroids or you will lose muscle as well as fat, use the steroids for muscle sparing effects. They say t3 causes weight loss, but it doesn't discriminate between fat and muscle. I just thought I'd mention that because you made no mention of steroids, maybe you already knew that. thanks krusher, that was a very good post. but i just have one question. i would have to do a t3/clen/primo cycle right? this is more whcih would you choose question. i can get winny from a pharmacy or i can get primo from a dealer. they are most likly going to be tabs cause i just feel like if i injected right now i have way to mcuh fat so i would have to get a very long pin. do you think i should just use the pins? thanks again krusher, ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you've read WarLobo's post, and know what you're getting into, go for it. The only thing I would mention is that you can't really say how much clen you're going to use...I've heard up it by one tab/day until you shake (literally), then drop it by one, AND USE THAT MANY! And I personally (knowing your current weight situation) would not worry about the primo, save it for later...you're not getting ready for a show, you're just doing this to get to a healthier weight. Big Calvin, primo tabs are very weak and may not be enough to prevent muscle loss. The injectable primo would be an ideal choice because, as rumour has it, it is effective on low calorie diet unlike most others. It's very good for muscle sparing while dieting, so that would be the best choice. Personally, I'd add winny as well, it's a great combo that gives long lasting gains. You could get away without both stacked, but if you have the money it would be money well spent. What is your bf%? thanks krusher, but i've rethinked my cycle. i dont think im going to do any cycle untill i lost some more weight and train on a constant basis for a while. sorry if i took up time i just feel like i dont need extra problems(if any should happen) right now. sorry again, and thanks you guys for the help. calvin ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
