Hey bro's
Before I said I couldnt perform the dead cause it hurt my lower back too much. I even had my form checked. Today, I went with a buddy and deadlifted. Everything went smooth. The problem was that my stance was too narrow, which caused the rouding of my back, especially during heavy lifts.

For anyone that is having problems, try this.

Use a stance ALMOST 2x shoulder width with feet pointed slightly outward. When you start to pull, drag the damn bar on your shins--make sure it never leaves your body. On the way down, pretend you are sitting in a chair. Guys, im so pumped. I love to deadlift and now ive found the right way that works for me. Anyone that is having the same problem i am, give this a try!
