Alright I was thinking about hopping on a D-Bol cycle and I was going to start off 5 a day for 4 weeke then drop to 4 a day for 2 weeks and that was it on the D-Bol but I was talking to someone in the gym and they said its better to start off with 1 a day and then pyramid up to five a day frm there. It's funny what people come up with in the gym. There's a personal trainer at my gym, who gives some really whacky advise. It's hard not to laugh sometimes. Back to your question. Start high then taper. Take it every 4 hours. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

PYRAMIDING 1-5 TABS IS BULL SHIT. IM STARTING A BULKING CYCLE IN ACOUPLE DAYS, AND ILL BE TAKEING 6 TABS A DAY FOR 6 WEEKS, AND IM ALSO STACKING THAT WITH SUS, AND DECA. YOU REALLY SHOULD STACK THAT DBOL WITH SOMETHIN. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Personally if it was me, i'd take 5 a day for the first week then 6 /7 a day for the next 5 weeks.You don't say if you've used a/s before,but wether you have or not,you have got to throw some sust' in there from week 1,& i would throw some eq in as well to keep the bloat down to a minimum which you're going to get with the d'bol.That's my next cycle first week in Jan'.Sust/Eq/D'bol.Good luck. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Start at 5-6/day, taking 1 pill every 4 hours or so, morning and night, but I agree that you SHOULD DEFINITELY STACK IT WITH SOMETHING...not many people have been happy with a "dbol only" cycle...you'll pee away all your gains the week that you stop...good luck, bro! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You would just be wasting your dbol and a couple weeks of gains starting out like that. Starting from 4-6 tabs a day at least should show results within a week. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

tapering down is good, but in my opinion to take 2/day is just a waste. don't go less than 3/day. and to solidify your gains stack the d-bol with deca or eq. without stacking d-bol you'll lose alot when the cycle ends. hope this helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I recently ran a short dbol only cycle, and gained alot of strength and a little size. Everyones right, pyramiding is a waste, hit it hard and taper it off. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I did just as the bro's are saying - went for 6 weeks of dbol (Reforvit) and Nor200 went like this: 1wk - 400mg Nor / 50mg Ref (25mg/ml) 2wk - 400mg Nor / 50mg Ref 3wk - 300mg Nor / 35mg Ref 4wk - 300mg Nor / 35mg Ref 5wk - 200mg Nor / 25mg Ref 6wk - 200mg Nor / 25mg Ref I put on a solid 28lbs and gained unbelievable strength....
