Im still straddling the fince on this one after reading this post on another board....
Everyone here seems to agree that you need to protect your kidneys while on fina but...not sure how reputable this individual is?

I don't know if ya ever read the Biotest board (tmag, whatever),,, but they have been really pushing fina. Anyway,, Brock Strasser said there once :"You may have experienced flank pain but if you did not have a renal issue before, tren certainly would not have caused renal problems (and unlike with hepatic insult, kidney damage would have been permanent). I have used tren at 50mg per day for 8 weeks. I have had weekly labs done the entire time along with a U/A biweekly. There was no changes in BUN/creatinine/albumin/prealbumin and my U/A's did not show NH3 or glucose or anything. No nephritis/nephrosis. Tren is NOT toxic to the kidneys!!! Where the heck to you guys hear this hogwash? Why do people parrot back what they hear, putting themselves in the position of "expert", when they have ZERO idea what they're talking about?",,, Bill Roberts, the other 'expert' there also denys that Fina causes any kidney issues whatsoever... Just posting this because it seems like everywhere I look the same 'copy and pasted' description of Fina is up, saying it causes kidney damage,,, I'm fairly confident that is bull@#%$...

Most people believe the kidney story because they feel the effects. I have had a sore lower back from fina once and it made me a believer. I was sore all the time, whether I lifted or not! Then when I quit, the pain quit.

This has only happened once to me and I have used fina multiple times. It also happened once to a couple of friends. I think that it might be proven but it does occur.

I think it can be tough on kidneys in certain people. Drink plenty of h20.

Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up. It realizes that it must run faster than the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It realizes that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve to death.

The moral?

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

I think it's just garbage that everyone regurgatates- it gets spit around enough times that people think it's true. I like it when people talk about fina side effects (especially rumored ones like kidney probs) when they haven't even shot up any tren.

You have to take everything with a grain of salt, but drinking plenty of H20 is something everyone should do anyways.
