Im still straddling the fince on this one after reading this post on another board.... Everyone here seems to agree that you need to protect your kidneys while on fina but...not sure how reputable this individual is?

Most people believe the kidney story because they feel the effects. I have had a sore lower back from fina once and it made me a believer. I was sore all the time, whether I lifted or not! Then when I quit, the pain quit. This has only happened once to me and I have used fina multiple times. It also happened once to a couple of friends. I think that it might be proven but it does occur. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think it can be tough on kidneys in certain people. Drink plenty of h20. ------------------ The moral? It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I think it's just garbage that everyone regurgatates- it gets spit around enough times that people think it's true. I like it when people talk about fina side effects (especially rumored ones like kidney probs) when they haven't even shot up any tren. You have to take everything with a grain of salt, but drinking plenty of H20 is something everyone should do anyways. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
