As he is extremely busy being a professional comedian during the day and running a mail order business as an evening job, I offered to help him with this seemingly simple task. So task in hand, I pulled up the order form on the EF site and happily typed in all his details. Next, I hit the �Process secure subscription� button. To my disappointment a message came up saying �You must enter your full name and billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement�. As my friend credits me with more than a modicum of intelligence I thought I would not mention it to him just yet but I would tackle the problem head on and try to find a solution.

So then I spent the entire morning entering the details every which way possible but I was still getting the same error page come up. Next I tried faxing the details including the credit card number and exp. date to 212-504-8082 and asked that the order be confirmed by e-mail to my friend�s address. After 3 days there was no confirmation so I e-mailed George Spellwin and explained the situation (George, if you are wondering why your orders from the site have dropped considerably over the last few weeks, there might be a clue here!). 3 days later there was no reply to my e-mail. Now, I am sure that it is not a fault of the site and that I am making some simple mistake however I am determined to solve this situation. After all it can�t be THAT difficult, can it?

As a second last resort I am posting here to see if anyone can help my friend spend his hard earned $$$ on this website. Failing that I will try telephoning EF, however as I live on another planet it means that I have to stay up till the early hours of the morning to catch somebody during office hours in the good ol� USA.

I should also let you know that I have a backup plan. I�ve taken the liberty of calling up a fine young lady whom I know accepts American Express and she said that she would come over to our place with a bottle of champagne, put on some kickin� music and give us something to ease our tension and frustration for��..wait for it!��the same price as a couple of reports and a membership! Personally I would rather go for the reports etc. ;-) so if someone can help me with this before my friend squanders the money on wine women and song��..I would be extremely grateful!���.. :-)
