i have started substituting honey for cooking oil on vegies as it tastes superb and was hoping that it would have less fat content than oil, i usually use two spoons of honey, is there many calories/fat in this? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

No fat just a lot of sugar, honey has a glycemic index around 80-85, very high. I would try to limit my honey intake to I tsp max. Stay away from sugar and staurated fat especially together!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

That's a terrible idea if you are looking to lose bodyfat. Olive Oil, which is high in 'healthy' fat would be much better than honey, which is basically pure sugar. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
