Is there any way to avoid the sting of prop injections? (besides mixing with deca)

1. Slightly heat Prop proir to injecting.
2. Massage area immediately after injection.
3. Use heating pad.(or hop in hot shower)
4. Don't do the injection and go to bed. Do it earlier in the day and keep moving to let bolus dissipate.

good post, that's my favorite test, but damn can those shots hurt.
