i've got the same problem, you might want to try and use the curl machine instead of the curl bar because the machine rotates as you curl and it has helped alot with the pain. also using dumbells helps because your wrists will be free to move and rotate.

Yo Slim,
I have them too. It fucking sucks huh? I have trouble letting go of the curl bar some time. I really have trouble doing bi's. It really has been a bitch, but I've gotten through it by doing mostly dumbell movements they don't bother it as bad.

Mine were from not warming the forearms enough before hitting Bi's with heavy weight.

Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It realizes that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve to death.

The moral?

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

Same here, got them a few years ago from curling too heavy. Switched to Hammer curls for a while and they went away, then went back to normal curls but with less weight and really strict reps.

ohh fuck those hurt, when you let go of the bar or whatever your straining on shooting pains shoot up your arms (forearms) and kind of throb. Heres what caused it for me:

Straight Bar Curls (even the EZ bar)
Close Grip Bench
Sometimes weighted dips spur them but only if they are hurting already

The thing that sucks is you just have to stay away from those lifts, and it will slowly heal, its a pain in the ass. It sucks that your bone/pain gives out before your muscle does on some exercises when its full blown.
