hey bros--

I was wondering if any of y'all know any websites that have pretty extensive glycemic index lists. I'm getting ready to begin my cutting diet(as well as an eq/winny/fina/anavar cycle), and from experience, knop that I have alot of trouble functioning on low carb intake, and being in school and working part-time, I have to have some energy late in the day, even though I do my lifting and cardio before noon. So, what I'm planning is a derivation of the Bill Phillips body-for-life diet--6 meals a day, each meal one portion protein, one portion carbs, veggies with two of the meals. However, I'll cut carbs for the last 2-3 meals and use two portions of protein. In addition, the diet states that you can use myoplex shakes in place of three meals, but I'd prefer to eat low-calorie, whole foods, and get my extra protein from whey protein powder(approx 4-5 scoops a day, around 400 calories, 85g protein). I do cardio every morning and have started to swim(albeit not incredibly intensively) at night before I go to sleep. Any suggestions would be appreciated on how I can have a successful cutting phase without limiting my carbs to an extreme extent would be much appreciated, as well as any links to a gylcemic index would be greatly appreciated--btw, 5'9, 190lbs, 13% bf--would like to get that # in single digits within 8 weeks.

Thanks guys.

quaker: Rick Mendosa's site is one of the most informative out there. Although I am no expert when it comes to pre-contest dieting, I have helped research and publish quite a few studies concerning nutrition, the glycemic index, etc. You might say that it is my forte. If you have any specific questions feel free to email me. I should be able to help.
