I havent weighed myself for 2 weeks, until today. Thought I was up 18 pounds, way off! Im up 28-30 pounds. This is fucking incredible. Im only in 30 days on sust/deca/d-bol. This is my first cycle. Amazing! | ||

Well I guess I won't grow of anything then. I am on Omna, d-bol amd deca right now and today is 3 and a half weeks into it. My weight was up to where it is now after the first week. Now no more gains!!! I gained this much off my last cycle of d-bol, eq, winny. I was hoping for a total of 30 pounds and maintaining 18-20 post cycle. Any suggestions??? | ||

Don't freak out just yet. I was on the same cycle but with sust instead, and besides the 10lbs or so I put on in the first week, I didn't feel shit until the beginning of week 5. It hit me like a ton of bricks, and my pumps began getting wicked, almost to the point where the pain was so intense during the set I had to stop. Be patient | ||

i'm in my 2nd week of my test cycle and i've gained 9 pounds but it seems to me i put on a fair bit af fat.maybe it is all in my mind. is it normal to expirience this? | ||

Dahmer-What are your dosages?How much time did you have off between this cycle and your last one?It sounds like either you're dosages are too low,or that your receptors are desensitized and not picking up the androgens favorably. | ||

Here is what my cycle is basically about:750 of Omna for eight week and 500 for the ninth and 250 for the tenth. I am doing Nor200 at 2.5 cc's once a weeks(I figured I would compensate incase it was underdosed. D-bol for 6 weeks at 8,7,6,5,4,3. I am on the 5 a day week right now. I have been taking clomid EOD and plan on doing it for 3 weeks post cycle. I have Nolvadex on hand and started feeling sensitive nipps but, still haven't used it. My buddy told me it is due to the increase red blood cell count and that makes them more sensitive. If it starts to hurt I will start the Nolvadex. I eat three to four FULL meals a day. Drink one HUGE Gainer 2500 calorie fat free shake. Take one or two Pure Protein bars daily. Drink an Ultra fuel after training days. Sometimes I eat a can of solid albacore before bed. As far as sleep it varies. I try like hell but the omna is making me sweat alot and I get these fucked up dreams. I hope to god that it kicks in during this week. Maybe my body is not meant to get any larger??? Is that possible?? | ||

Well, im eating 5-6 meals a day. I usually eat 2sc. protein / oatmeal before workout. After workout, i get 120g carbs, mixed with a meal replacement. An Hour later, ill usually eat lean meat (hamburger, steak, with 2 bagels (plus noney) and a glass of OJ or Cranbury juice. 2.5 hours later, either tuna(2), chicken(2), or eggs. In this meal I use white rice as a carb along with a bananna or such. My next meal is usually another MRP with 16oz milk, flax seed (or peanut butter), and some ice cream. I usually am not full so i chose another carb. Next, Ill eat some cottage cheese or lean beef again, this time I switch to lower glycemic carbs such as pasta, oatmeal, etc. My last meal might be a meal replacement again, or tuna. I tend to eat more carbs for my last meal so i get a better pump the next day in the gym (bad idea for many, but my metabolism is high). And ill get some veggies in too (brocolli, cabbage, etc.) Workout 4 times a week. M,T TH, F M-Shoulders, Pullups Th-Bench, Cable pulls, tri's(only 2 sets) | ||

Forgot, on Monday i usually throw in 2 sets of barbell curls at the end of the workout. My cal intake is approx 4000-4600 a day, although it has varied from 3200 - 5500. | ||

Also, during the d-bol (first 4 weeks) I took nolvadex (10mg EOD). This didnt have ANY noticable effect on my gains that i know of. One weird note is that i can see veins in my upper shoulders/arms that were never there before. Also, my skin gets really red when I work out. The pumps are incredible. Anyone, i am exited after weighing myself today that i had to tell you bro's the good experiences ive been having. Badkins- to those that are discouraged..Just wait till the sust kicks in...then you'll be saying, "holy shit, this rox" | ||

From my last cycle to this one. I waited 2 and a half months!!! That should be long enough???!!! Also I am not even eating clean!! I figured this is a bulking cycle so, I eat everything!!! Fat, carbs, protein whatever!! My strength is up but that could be just from the d-bol. 202 to 214 and nothing?? | ||

Eeeesh,that's a ten week break between cycles.Maybe you needed longer in your particular case,to re-sensitize.Also,it could be that it's taking a little longer for your receptors to reach a"saturation"point with the deca & sust,this is not all that uncommon,to have nil results for a few weeks,then all of the sudden explode at around the 4 week mark or so.But the d-bol should have kicked in aggressively by week one,so I don't know what to say there.... | ||

Badkins- When I walk, my ankles hurt a little bit. My calves get really sore too, i dont know what the deal is. My left arm is a little sore (joints), lower back is sore. Sometimes I gotta skip out on the deads on fri. I had a nice very cut abs (i was around 6% BF) when i started, now my lower abs are gone, however, i still have definition in my upper abs. Therefore, I conclude I havent gained THAT MUCH fat. I should have taken before pics, although I never did. Good luck to you badkins, keep us posted. | ||

Forgot to mention, my face looks red as shit sometimes, I sweat a lot, and im starting to get little pimples on my arms, neck, face, although no other sides (if thats not bad enough!) | ||

Dahmer- I think you are worrying too much. You are up 12 pounds after 3 weeks...keep up this pace and you will reach your 30 lb. goal by the end of your cycle. The sust should be starting to kick in now. Enjoy. D. | ||

Fucking A alright! Sounds like my first cycle, but I used Ref B instead of Dbol. I didn't have enough Sust to go around, so only got 5 solid weeks on the cycle, but with 1g of Test on my first cycle. I packed on a good 32lbs with 2% increase in BF. | ||

The d-bol has kicked in fully. Last cycle I did d-bol also and it put about ten to twelve pounds on me. I am sure that is working at least. I was just hoping the omna and deca would continue to make me grow!!! I hope it is just a case of nerves. I will post an update at the end of this week. Thanks. |
