Hey bro's,

Whenever I bench, my joints or whatever in my upper forearm kill. I think it got worse this week. Anyone else have this problem? It seems like the bench press is the only ex. that makes it feel that way. Im thinking about wearing a brace on my forearm next time. Anyone with ideas, please respond.

You may want to look into getting the gloves with the steel braces inside for wrist support. This should help in alleviating the stress you're experiencing.

thats kind of a wierd place to have that pain during that excercise. It a closed chain movement and very linear. You must be squeezing pretty hard on the bar, or you have strained it with another movement that consequently puts presure thier.
I would wrap it and see if it helps, ice it at night.

Where can i pick up those gloves? Any online sites? Yeah, my buddy at the gym said it was weird the bench is doing that. He thinks I aggrivated it from another exercise, and when I bench it bothers it. It really sucks though. Im going to wrap it next time.

I never heard of that problem from benching. I get it sometimes after a hard bicep routine. Just wondering if there is any tricks to ease the pain.

I iced my arm today for 10 mins and am wearing a brace today. Right now it feels really good. Hopefully, it will be ok.
