i just read the post on high blood pressure and thought i would share this techinuqe that has worked great for myself and few friends. I t was explained to me a few years back & i dont recall the speifics of how it happens but here it goes. when you start to retain alot of water you get an increase in blood pressure as alot of us experience it. also we get an increase of h2O in the blood brain barrier which can cause a little pressure hence the headcahes. the low back will overhydrate the discs and give you that tight low back feel. This happened to me when using sust & d-bol. I took a basic over the counter herbal dieuretic from a health food store. It didnt cause me a huge water loss, but it did relieve my headaches, blood pressure went down & back felt better!! i think its worth the $3 investment to give it a try!! ggod luck, let me know how it works!

Wow. I thought I was the only one. Looks like I'll be popping some Spironolactone now. I just went to a new doctor and she freaked out on my blood pressure (180/90). Hey, Dbol and sust ain't no joke brothers!

Hardcore, this is nothing to take as a man. This can be very dangerous. Ut's the water and the sodium that is killing us all.

I have needed a cure for that damn low back pain also. As soon as I was off dbol 2 weeks later my back felt fine. Which herbal diuretic do you use, not necessarily the brand but what are some of the active ingredients. I want to make sure and have that on hand next time. And yes my BP goes way up too so that might be a nice help.

Hey mom, what was that over the counter diuretics name? Hell, if it will not make me lose any water weight, then i will try it.
Jeff, you are right bro, i was just being a smartass. The sodium is hurting us all the time, and no matter if you lose a little water or not, your health should come first.

Protect your kidney's guys!
A lot of back pain could be your kidney's telling you that you're f--king up.
Drink water all day (1-2 gals) while on.
Mild diueretics loke dandelion root are ok to use, but first check your water intake.

Well son-of-a bitch! I will have to try that next time around. I had the same problem with my back (no headaches). I relieved the back pain by stretching my hamstrings, which is good, but this is definitely worth a shot.

Thanks for the heads-up Bro.

Samiam - how is the Dand. root working??

How's the BP?

Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It realizes that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve to death.

The moral?

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

Shadow,

I just started taking it yesterday. I feel alot better, but that may be due to you guys making me feel at ease...I'm not alone.

Will check the BP after my workout and post. I don't really notice a drop in water retention, but that's a good thing, right?. Still weigh the same. I just about doubled my H2O intake. We'll see today. I've used D.R in the past with success, so I don't see why it wouldn't work now.

139/86 and I do feel a little better.

I'm a little worried about my heart rate still. 105 bpm.
