Shot some fina monday and I think I got to far over on the right side of the glute. Left a bruise on my cheek and is soar. I feel a lump their also. Any suggestions.

shoot on the other side next time....

seriously, tylenol, ice, etc will help.

Don't stress him out. If he shot his sciatic he'd be bitching about a lot more than a sore ass cheek. Radiating pain is the sign of nerve involvement. If the lump doesn't go away in a week, start worrying. Until then, concentrate on getting big. Peace!
