Hi everyone. I often wake up at night because my arms get numb. This usually happens after the days of especially heavy lifting. So, has anyone had this problem too? Any thoughts? ------------------     | ||

It only happens to me when I sleep in a weird position that cuts off my circulation.. | ||

I get numb also, sometimes just talking on the phone in my truck. I was told that eca stacks can effect circulation. |
