For the last 5 days, I have had a very annoying muscle spasm in my inner thigh, just behind my knee. It'll go for an hour at a time...does anyone know what I can do about this? PLEASE HELP!!

Haha. I had the same thing--in my tricep. Went on for about a week. Drove me nuts. I dont think there is anything you can do but wait it out. It'll go away in time.

Try Pottasium (sp) or sea salt which is high in pottasium. Drink plenty of water as well and warm up and stretch

I agree with the iron game. Potassium, plenty of water and stretching.
