I have about heard it all, you should do this many sets or that many sets, who knows how much we are really supposed to do. I have heard people say don't do more than 12 sets per body part and then I went to a seminar with Sergio Olivia and he said he used to do more than 30 sets on his chest alone! He did not seem to have any problems gaining since he did win Mr. O. So whats the deal are we really just under eating when we feel over trained? Anyones comments.

Genetics I'd say...different strokes for different folks..AS added in was probably a factor as well.. And who's to say Sergio wouldn't have better results with todays training methods? [This message has been edited by Frackal (edited November 01, 2000).]

YOU SHOULD ONLY DO SIX TO FOUR SETS PER BODY PART AND EXERCISE#1 AND EAT LOTS OF SOLID PROTIEN AND CARBS#2 AND GET PLENTY OF SLEEP#3 AND HAVE A GREAT CYCLE MAPED OUT #4

It's all genetics. Woody Allen couldn't mimic Sergio's workout, no matter how much he ate. Although steroids do greatly increase recovery. |
