This will be my second cycle and I am looking to put on about 10lbs of muscle. I weigh 188lbs and I try to eat 4500 cals a day and 250 grams of protein a day. I want to go short heavy, 4 weeks with no tapering. Test Enth ..... 500 mgs a week D-bol ......... 30 mgs or 6 tabs a day deca .......... 400 mgs a week start clomid halfway through week 3, 50 mgs eod and keep going with it for 2 weeks. I was going to use EQ originally but apparently it takes longer to go into effect than deca ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Your body is still pretty fresh. In a 4 week cycle with steroids that have long lasting esters like you mentioned, generally you won't even start seeing gains until week 4 or 5. If it were me in your shoes I would start the deca and the test at 200 p/week and taper up til week 4 and then week 4-7 taper back down. You will easily get 10 lbs if not 20lbs... This is not a flame...but, I think you're missing the whole "short cycle" theory. With a cycle like yours, it'd be better to run it 8-10 weeks, since all the stuff (like was stated above) is slow-acting. Pick drugs like primo, dbol, winny, etc. for short cycles, and if you're going to use test, hit the prop. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
